Hi Shanli - You are so right. There are so many that love us and need us...when you lose someone it makes you (or at least it has made me) see the importance of caring for those around us in such a different light, even while we're missing those we have lost.
I am so sorry that you have had to experience so many losses, and especially from such an early age. Thank you, so much, for sharing your encouraging words!!!
Love the fact that you are journaling your feelings and thoughts Lori. You are touching many lives with your experience, not one that you have chosen. I feel sadness when I read about Austin, for you, for your family, for his friends; but I also feel God's grace and your strength and do think of him as I read your writings. I know the holidays will be difficult for you all. I will be keeping you in my prayers.
Praying for you right now, Lori.
ReplyDeleteOh, Lori, your post is so touching. Thank you for sharing your heart. I just prayed for you too. You're strength is amazing.
ReplyDeleteI can't even imagine, Lori. Continued prayers for you and your family and for periods of peace, amidst the grieving.
